Should I remove personal items before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please remove valuables, personal items, and large debris from your vehicle before your appointment. This allows us to detail every surface thoroughly and saves time during your service.

Question 14

Can you remove pet hair from my car?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Pet hair removal is included in our Full Detail package. For the Interior Refresh, we can add it as an add-on. Our specialized tools lift embedded hair from carpets, seats, and cargo areas.

Question 15

Will detailing remove scratches from my paint?

Accepted Answer

Our Exterior Refresh includes a hand wash and finishing spray for a showroom-fresh look. For scratch and swirl removal, we offer clay bar treatment and paint correction as part of the Full Detail or as an add-on service. Deep scratches may require a follow-up appointment.

Question 16

How often should I get my car detailed?

Accepted Answer

For daily drivers in Henry County, we recommend a full detail every 4-6 months with exterior refreshes in between. If you commute heavily or have kids and pets, consider an interior refresh monthly to keep things fresh.
